Wardrobe Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Wardrobe, published by FCT Technologies LLC. They sit under the FCT Technologies terms of service, which cover the FCT account and the systems every FCT app shares.

Using Wardrobe

Wardrobe catalogues the clothes you own from photographs you take, and builds outfits only from garments actually in your closet. Using it requires an FCT account, which stores your catalogue so it reaches every device you sign in on.

You are responsible for what you put into the app and for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not use Wardrobe to store anything you are not entitled to store.

Suggestions are suggestions

Outfit suggestions and the tags Wardrobe puts on a garment (category, colour, season, formality) are produced by a model running on your device, and it can be wrong about any of them. Correct anything that matters to you; nothing is applied that you cannot change.

Wardrobe does not do virtual try-on and does not predict how a garment will fit or look on a body.

Wardrobe Pro

Wardrobe is free to use for up to 25 garments, with scanning, tagging, outfits and Siri included.

Wardrobe Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly and yearly, with a free trial for new subscribers. Current pricing is shown in the App Store before you purchase, in your local currency.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

If your subscription lapses, you keep full access to everything already in the app. The limit applies to adding more, never to viewing, editing or exporting what is already there.

Availability

We aim to keep Wardrobe and its sync service working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. What is already on your device stays readable when the service is unreachable.

Your data

Our handling of your information is described in the Privacy Policy. You may delete this app’s data, or your entire FCT account, from within the app at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
