Marquee Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Marquee, published by FCT Technologies LLC. They sit under the FCT Technologies terms of service, which cover the FCT account and the systems every FCT app shares.

Using Marquee

Marquee tracks what you have watched, what you are partway through, and what you mean to watch next. Using it requires an FCT account, which carries your lists across your devices.

You are responsible for what you put into the app and for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not use Marquee to store anything you are not entitled to store.

Film and television data

Marquee uses the TMDB API to look up titles, artwork and credits. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. That material belongs to TMDB and its contributors, it is provided as-is, it can be incomplete or wrong, and it is made available to you inside Marquee for your own personal use only.

Marquee does not stream, host, link to or provide access to any film or television programme. Where it shows where something is available to watch, that is information about a third-party service, not an offer from us, and the availability can be out of date or wrong for your region.

What it costs

Marquee is free to use. There is no subscription and no in-app purchase. If that changes, these Terms will change with it and the date above will move.

Availability

We aim to keep Marquee and its sync service working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. What is already on your device stays readable when the service is unreachable.

Your data

Our handling of your information is described in the Privacy Policy. You may delete this app’s data, or your entire FCT account, from within the app at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
