Seven services for what your business needs.

Get found, get the call, keep the work moving. Each one is built end to end by FCT and kept running after launch. Take the ones that match what's costing you and skip the rest.

01 AI Operating SystemFLAGSHIP

Second Brain OS

An AI brain built around your business, as plain files you own. Your tools wired in, your workflows written down, any model plugs in, and it never resets.

  • Own an AI brain that survives every provider switch and model upgrade.
  • Stop re-explaining yourself. Your context, memory and tools live in files you keep, not a chat that disappears.
  • Get an assistant that compounds. It remembers what you've done, uses your tools, and gets sharper every week.

Typical timelineBase setup usually takes 1 to 2 weeks. Add-ons extend that, depending on scope.

Custom AI Harness

Your own AI runtime, built around your business: the loop, the tools it reaches, the gates it stops at, and what every run costs. Rent the model. Own the loop.

  • Own the runtime your AI runs on. The loop, the tool layer and the gates are your code, not a vendor's product.
  • Swap models freely. Every provider is an interchangeable part, so a better model is an upgrade, not a migration.
  • Know what your AI does and costs. Every run leaves a record of tokens, cache savings, tool calls and approvals.

Typical timelineScoped from a discovery audit. The first milestone is one real workflow running end to end on your own harness.

03 Web Presence

Marketing Websites

A fast business website that explains what you do, shows up in Google and in AI answers, and turns a visitor into a call. First page $150, introductory.

  • Launch a website that says what you do and earns trust in the first few seconds.
  • Show up higher in Google, with the on-page SEO and technical setup done right.
  • Get quoted inside ChatGPT and Google's AI answers, not just listed under them.

Typical timelineMost websites launch in 2 to 4 weeks once your content is ready.

04 Product Engineering

Web & Mobile Applications

Custom web and mobile software for a team that has outgrown spreadsheets, manual steps and tools that don't talk to each other.

  • Replace the manual work with a system your team can rely on every day.
  • Get something usable early, so real users are testing it sooner.
  • Build on a foundation that takes the next feature without a rebuild.

Typical timelineA first usable milestone usually lands in 4 to 8 weeks, depending on scope.

AI Integration & Automation

A missed call is probably lost revenue. We set up AI automations that catch the leaks (reply in minutes, cut no-shows, keep reviews answered), and nothing goes out without your sign-off.

  • Reply to every lead within minutes, even after hours, so the call you missed doesn't become the job that went to the next business.
  • Cut no-shows with automated reminders that confirm, reschedule, or cancel without a phone tag.
  • Turn a missed call into a quote-ready request you can act on the same day.

Typical timelineMost automations are set up and dry-run tested within a week of connecting your accounts. Go-live follows one channel at a time, after you approve.

06 Advisory & Strategy

Software Consulting

Straight technical direction before you commit budget, so you know what to build, what to buy, and what to leave alone.

  • Pick the right platform and vendors without paying for trial and error.
  • Know what to build now, what to put off, and how to lower the risk.
  • Choose tools that fit how you work today and still fit when you grow.

Typical timelineMost engagements deliver written recommendations in 1 to 3 weeks.

07 AI Search Visibility

GEO-SEO Retainer

Get cited by ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, not just ranked in blue links. One score every month, and the change from last month.

  • Get cited in ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews.
  • Watch your GEO Score, one number from 0 to 100, climb month over month.
  • Know each month which fixes moved the number, and what comes next.

Typical timelineBaseline audit and first fixes ship within 7 days. A report on the change lands every 30 days after that.

Common questions before selecting a service

Use these to pick the right starting point.

01

How do I choose between FCT's services?

Start with the bottleneck. If you have no website or a weak one, that is Marketing Websites. If your team is losing hours to spreadsheets and handoffs done by hand, you want Web & Mobile Applications or AI Integration & Automation. If you want an AI workspace that builds up knowledge across your whole company, that is Second Brain OS. If your team already runs AI seriously and needs to own the runtime it runs on, that is a Custom AI Harness. If you need direction before you build, that is Software Consulting.

02

Can services be combined or bundled?

Yes. Most engagements blend at least two services: a website plus a Second Brain OS install with the Business Integration add-on, say, or an AI automation built on top of an existing web application. The services are tools, not packages. The engagement gets sized around your actual problem.

03

What level of involvement is needed from your team?

Focused input at the milestone checkpoints: goals, approvals, feedback. FCT handles the execution and keeps communication short. Projects move fastest when you respond quickly during planning and review.

04

Do you support post-launch work?

Yes. A marketing website is hosted and kept current by FCT after launch: hours, copy, photos, a new page. For apps, automations and Second Brain OS, scoped follow-up work or a retainer for ongoing improvements based on real usage.

Tell FCT what the bottleneck is.

A short message about the goal, the bottleneck and your timeline is enough to get a useful first reply.
