- A social page or an outdated site that loads slow
- Services, hours, and contact buried or missing
- Nothing that shows up when AI answers the question
- A reason to call the next business instead
Customers decide if you're real before they ever call.
FCT builds fast, credible business websites that explain what you do, earn trust on a phone, and turn a searcher into a call, a booking, a quote or a visit. Built to show up in Google and in AI answers.

Most local businesses lose the click before the call.
No site, an old one, or just a social page, and the customer has to work to trust you. A real site closes that gap in the few seconds that decide it.
- A fast, credible site that reads clean on mobile
- Services, trust, and the next step obvious in seconds
- Structured so Google and AI search both understand it
- One clear action: call, book, quote, or visit
A credible site people can act on.
Strategy, structure, design, copy, technical SEO and AI-search formatting in one delivery. Not a template you fill in yourself.

Analytics & Search Console
Set up so you can see traffic and visibility from day one.
Yes, you could build one yourself now.
AI tools are good. An owner with a subscription and a free weekend can generate a decent-looking one-pager, and some do. The question is what's still standing six months later.
Generated isn't the same as found.
A generated page looks finished. Being found is structure: data about your business that machines can read, an llms.txt, direct-answer blocks, Search Console, the rules that let AI search engines in. That's the layer the weekend build skips, and it's the layer that decides whether AI answers cite you or the shop down the street.
A customer decides in seconds whether you're real.
Stock photos, a buried phone number and hours that were true last year read as a business that isn't sure it exists. A site built around your services, your photos and the one thing a customer should do next earns the call in the few seconds that decide it.
Who keeps it running when the weekend ends?
The hours change in March. A photo needs swapping. Something breaks on a phone you don't own. A weekend build lives wherever the tool put it, and the tool doesn't pick up the phone. A site FCT builds is hosted and kept current by FCT: you send the change and it's done. $150 buys the first page built, launched and kept running, while you do the work only you can do.
Built to be cited, not just ranked.
Nearly half of the Google searches BrightEdge tracked in February 2026 showed an AI answer above the links. Every FCT site ships with clean structured data, an llms.txt and direct-answer blocks, so when a customer asks Google's AI Overview, ChatGPT or Perplexity about your kind of business, yours is built to be the answer.
Most web shops stop at "looks presentable." We build the page, the search structure, and the path that turns a visitor into a call.
Draft first. Pay after you approve.
You see the site before you commit. It launches on your own domain, and FCT keeps it running after. What is yours and what we hold is written down in full.

Marketing websites, answered
01 How long does a marketing website take to launch?
Most marketing websites launch in two to four weeks once your content and approvals move on schedule. FCT delivers in milestones. You review the structure, the copy and the technical setup as a live preview before anything goes public, which cuts rework and keeps the timeline predictable. It runs in five steps. A short discovery call to agree on your services and the one action the site should drive. A draft delivered as a preview. Your approval pass on the phone number, hours, services and contact path. Launch on your own domain, with HTTPS verified and your Google Business link updated. Then FCT keeps it running. Every site loads fast on a phone from day one, which is where most of your customers will open it. Revisions inside scope are included in their milestone, and you are never left waiting months with nothing real to see.
02 Will my site be ready for Google and AI search like ChatGPT?
Yes. Every FCT marketing website ships with both classic SEO and a GEO baseline, so it can rank in Google and be cited by AI engines. The SEO layer is clean HTML, titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, internal links, an automatic sitemap and Search Console setup, on code that scores well on Core Web Vitals. The GEO layer adds structured data about your business, an llms.txt at the root listing your services and key pages, robots rules that let in OAI-SearchBot, Claude-SearchBot, PerplexityBot and Google-Extended, and direct-answer blocks written so an AI system can read and quote you. The result is a site that ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews can understand and cite, not just one that ranks in blue links. The hosting keeps it fast on real phones, which is how most customers and crawlers arrive.
03 Who runs the website after launch, and whose is it?
FCT runs it. FCT builds the site, hosts it, and keeps it current after launch: a copy change, new hours, new photos, and a new page at the page price. You send the change and it gets done. The domain is in your name from the start. You renew it, or FCT renews it and bills you at cost, whichever you prefer. The code is yours on request at any time, and nothing about the site depends on a platform only FCT can reach. Third-party tools and services, such as a booking system, stay under their own licenses and accounts. Ongoing search and AI-answer work beyond upkeep is a separate service, the GEO-SEO Retainer.
04 Why not just build a website myself with an AI tool?
You can. AI tools are good enough now that an owner with a subscription and a free weekend can produce a decent-looking one-page site. The difference shows up after the weekend. Found: a generated page looks finished, but being found is structure the generators skip. Structured data, an llms.txt, direct-answer blocks, Search Console setup, and robots rules that let AI search crawlers in are what decide whether Google and AI answers cite your business. Credible: a customer who lands on the page decides in a few seconds whether you are real, and a template with the wrong photos and a buried phone number loses that call. Kept running: when the weekend build breaks, or the hours change in March, there is no one to call. FCT hosts the site and keeps it current. Cost: the subscription price hides that your own weekend is the most expensive labor in the business. FCT's first page is $150, an introductory price, launched and kept running. So the practical question is whether building it yourself is worth more than what a weekend of your time costs.
05 What does an FCT marketing website cost?
The first page is $150: discovery, structure, copy shaping, design, build, SEO and GEO baseline, and launch on your own domain. Each additional simple page, such as services, about, FAQs or contact, is $75. A page that wires into another system, such as booking, payments or a customer portal, is quoted at the review, because that work is priced by what it connects to rather than by page count. A one-page site with payments is more work than four static pages. These are introductory prices while FCT's public client showcase grows, and they will rise as it does. Larger builds, such as a full site for a multi-department business, are scoped as their own engagement with their own pricing. After launch FCT hosts the site and keeps it online for $36 a year, which covers the domain in your name and its renewal; the first year is paid with the build. If you want changes on a schedule, the changes plan is $20 a month for up to five small changes: hours, photos, prices, a paragraph, a small addition. Without the plan, a change is quoted as it comes, and a new page is always the page price. Ongoing SEO and AI-search work is a separate service, the GEO-SEO Retainer, scoped and priced at the review.
06 What do you need from me to start a website project?
A rough goal, a timeline and a budget range, plus whatever you already have on services, hours and contact details. Links to your current site, competitors or systems help, but knowing what the site should accomplish matters more than polished copy. FCT helps shape the structure and wording during discovery, so you do not need it written first. The first step is a short discovery call to agree on your services, your customers, and the single action the site should drive: a form to your inbox, click-to-call, booking, or a quote request. From there FCT builds the structure and a draft as a preview you approve before launch. Most projects launch in two to four weeks once content and approvals are ready, so a rough goal is enough to define the first step.
