The paperwork you need is always in the drawer you didn't check.

Manila is a filing cabinet that reads. Scan a bill, a warranty, a policy, a passport, a registration, a manual, and Manila pulls out what matters, files it where you'll find it, and reminds you before anything renews.

iPhone, iPad and Mac · every scan read on your device · Siri answers from your own paperwork

A look inside

Finally, in one place.

Not a photo of paper: a record, with the dates and numbers read off it and the original one tap away.

How it works

Ask. Don't dig.

"When does my car registration renew?" "What's my policy number?" Siri answers from your own paperwork, with the source document one tap away. Spotlight finds a document by what's inside it, not just its filename. And because Manila read the dates, it knows when a policy lapses or a warranty ends, and tells you before.

Every scan is read by a model running on your device. The text of your paperwork is not sent anywhere to be understood. Nothing is filed you didn't approve.

FAQ

Manila, answered

01 Does Manila send my documents anywhere to be read?

No. Every scan is read by a model running on your device; the text of your paperwork is not sent to a service to be understood. The record then lives on your device and in your FCT account, which puts the same cabinet on your iPad and your Mac. You can export everything as PDF or CSV, and delete your Manila data or the whole account from Settings.

02 What about my passport and policy numbers?

They're filed, so the original is one tap away when you need it, but they're never read out loud. Siri and Spotlight see the last four digits unless you say otherwise.

03 Can I get my documents out?

Always. Every document and every fact read off it exports as PDF or CSV, insurer-ready, whenever you want it. There's no format only Manila can read.
