How it works

"Log for Maria, went half a shade darker, she's growing it out for June." Chairside turns what you said into an entry and shows it to you before anything is saved. Hands busy, no keyboard, no forms. Photograph a formula card or a before-and-after and it's read on the spot and filed to the right client.

Chairside, answered

01 Is Chairside a booking app?

No. It sits beside whichever booking app you already use and holds what that app forgets: the formula, the last visit, the allergy, the thing they said about their sister. You keep booking where you book. Chairside is the memory.

02 Who can see my client notes?

You. Notes live on your device and in your FCT account, which is what puts the same book on your iPad and your Mac. A spoken note or a photographed card is read on the device itself. No cloud AI service receives your client book. You can delete a client, your Chairside data, or the whole account from Settings.

03 What if my phone doesn't support Apple Intelligence?

Capture still works. You speak or photograph exactly the same way and type the details in yourself. The automatic drafting is the part that needs the on-device model.
