Reads the paperwork
A photo or an imported page becomes facts on the device. Apple Intelligence does the automatic fill-in where the device supports it.
The rabies certificate is in a drawer, the refill date is in an email, the last weight is on a receipt you threw away. Companion is where all of it lives instead, and the thing that tells you before anything lapses.
Vaccines, medications, weights, visits, and the dates that come out of them, kept as a record you can hand to any vet.
Photograph a vaccine certificate, a medication label or a vet summary, or import one you already have, and Companion reads it on your device and fills in the record: what it was, when it was, when the next one is due. You confirm each fact before anything is saved. Nothing is guessed into your pet's file.
Companion tells you what your records say is due. It never tells you what to do about it; that stays between you and your vet.
Companion reads on the device, answers through Siri, and keeps one file per pet across every screen you own.

"When is Rex's rabies due?" "What is Luna allergic to?" Answered out loud, from your own file.
"New weight, 31 kilos, at the vet today." Logged. The audio is deleted the moment it's transcribed.
Boosters, refills and follow-ups, from the dates in your own records.
Any pet, any record, from the Home Screen; the next due date at a glance.
iPhone, iPad and a real Mac app, kept in step by your FCT account.
The record a vet asks for, kept the way you'd want to find it.
No. It keeps your records and reads the dates out of them, so it can tell you a booster is due next month or a refill runs out on Friday. What to do about it is between you and your vet, and the app is careful never to cross that line.
The page is read on your device and kept in your pet's file, on the device and in your FCT account, which is what puts the same file on your iPad and your Mac. No page is sent anywhere to be understood. You can delete a pet, your Companion data, or the whole account from Settings.
You photograph the paperwork exactly the same way and the page is kept; you fill in the fields yourself instead of confirming a pre-filled card. Everything else works the same.
Companion is one of thirteen FCT apps on one account. Sign in once and the apps know each other. The same standard goes into what we build for clients.
